A CREATIVE APPROACH TO WORKPLACES
At MJH ArtStudio, we help organisations bring people together and improve their working environments through creativity.
We work with businesses who want more than generic artwork or one-off team days. Our approach combines creative workshops and bespoke art to support culture, wellbeing and connection in a way that feels natural and inclusive.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
Helen MacDonald, Managing Director, SolupakThe minute the team sat down and got involved in the activity it was evident that they were all very engaged and very involved.
It’s just been a fantastic team building event that has been so different and we’ve ended up with such a buzz coming from the team afterwards.
Robert Manson, HALDANE HEALTHI have just completed a 1:1 art workshop with Mike in his studio. Although apprehensive at first, mainly due to my sense of perfection, I quickly relaxed and gave it a go.
I found myself completely immersed in the experience and after a few tips gained confidence and present. Mike has the experience and skills to make you feel relaxed and let you explore your creative side.
Dee Lazenby, Operations Director, Lazenby's financial servicesWhen Mike brought the finished piece of artwork to our office and unveiled it we were so thrilled with the outcome.
We did ask for something slightly different to what Mike creates using our logo and it worked brilliantly.
Liz Chiva, MD, HALLIDAYS HRMike is such a talented guy. With amazing customer service. Nothing was ever too much, from the first consultation to personal delivery of the artwork. He produced the most amazing pieces of art for us. Bespoke, full of personality, oozing our brand.
Zoë Rickinson, Phoenix Health and WellbeingIt’s easy to take a great team for granted. But giving them something extra – a chance to connect, laugh, and feel truly valued – is so important.
This session did exactly that. The feedback was phenomenal.
Andy Steele, 360 Chartered AccountantsI saw Mike’s artwork on Facebook and thought it looked amazing and would work really well in our 360 colours to be displayed in our offices. Mike sent me a test to make sure I was happy and that it was what I wanted. The whole process from start to finish was slick and I couldn’t be happier with the end result.
Sky BETH HORSFALL, EXPECT DISTRIBUTIONThank you so much for making this a reality. It’s going to be something really special having art our colleagues have been part of creating up on the walls.
What I loved most was seeing everyone get involved. Kids, colleagues, partners, the lot. No pressure, just people having a go and enjoying it.
WHO WE'VE WORKED WITH
CREATE & CONNECT
Creative networking without the awkward
Alongside our work with organisations, we also run Create & Connect — a relaxed creative networking event for business owners and professionals.
It’s a low-pressure way to meet people, have proper conversations and try something different. There are no pitches, no forced introductions and no expectations to “work the room”. Just simple creative activities that make it easier to talk and connect naturally.
People come for the creativity and stay for the conversation.
SUSTAINABLE OPTIONS, THOUGHTFULLY CONSIDERED
Sustainability matters to us, but we approach it in a practical, grown-up way.
Where it makes sense, we can offer more sustainable options across both our bespoke artwork and creative workshops. This includes using eco-friendlier materials, considering longevity, and making sensible choices about how things are produced and installed.
As with most things, more sustainable materials often come at a higher cost. We’re open about that from the start and will always talk through the options, so you can decide what feels right for your space, your team and your budget.
If sustainability is important to you or your organisation, it’s simply part of the conversation.
